11th - 12th November 2014
Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos
Tuesday, 11 November, 2014 - 08:00
FBN Capital Limited (the investment banking and asset management subsidiary of FBN Holdings Plc) will be hosting its 4th Annual Investor Conference on November 11-12, 2014 at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Over the last three years, we have explored key aspects of Nigeria’s economic evolution as it transitions from a frontier to an emerging economy. This year, we will consider how Nigeria can capitalize on the recent GDP rebasing, which has propelled it to the position of the largest economy in Africa and also shine the spotlight on previously under-represented fast growing sectors of the economy which the recent rebasing has brought into focus.
As with other years we have invited senior representatives from the public sector that are responsible for the emerging sectors in addition to key operators from the private sector involved in manufacturing and technology amongst others. In addition we will have Professor Anil K. Gupta, an International Expert on Strategy, Globalisation and Emerging Markets as a Guest Speaker. He will present his ideas on how Nigeria can handle the “too big to ignore” tag which comes with the elevated position the country finds itself in. We are also expecting senior representatives from government agencies that are responsible for facilitating monetary policy and funding growth enterprises such as CBN, PENCOM, NMRC, BoI.

We will also provide transportation from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos to your hotel destination. However, please be aware that the hotel costs will be on your own account.
